The best pet store in Invercargill! The staff are very knowledgeable and are really nice. My sister brought a new aquarium for her neon tetra and Jenny was incredible. Not only did she lift the aquarium and cabinet into my car, but she was very generous and gave my sister a water conditioner and thermometer for free. I also seek Jenny out to pick her brain about things for my axolotl. She gave me great advice and my axolotl is very happy.
Brilliant place with knowledgeable staff. The prices beat all the chain stores too. it allows me to enjoy the fish keeping hobby and share it with others. Our wee dog loves to visit and get his treats and cuddles from staff too. Highly recommend!!!
Always a fantastic experience at Diack's! My son and I recently purchased a baby axolotl, and it was wonderful to speak with a salesperson who had firsthand experience with axolotls. The same was true when I bought tadpoles, when I needed advice as they grew into frogs, there was always someone knowledgeable and helpful to guide me. The staff definitely go the extra mile, we were even given a couple of almond leaves to add to our axolotl’s tank! To top it all off, they now offer Afterpay!! Highly recommend!

A great go to place for all your garden and land scaping supplies and much more. The staff are always available to help identify plants, plant positioning in your garden, and all general enquires. Not sure if they have something specific?? Call them first, if they dont have it they will do their best to source it for you. Greg and Liz are my go to guys for any help. Keep your eyes peeled at the entrance for new stock and sneaky specials!n#top tip, take your trailer for hay bales or get them delivered lol.... Dont do what i did and use your boot!!!!
