Intrepid Electrical did some minor electrical work moving wall sockets at our Physio clinic. They are very professional, completed the job quickly and cleaned up after. I would highly recommend Hayden and the team.

Very disappointed with this company. I first used them to clean my heat pumps. They did a good job. I then decided to use them to install a range hood and 3 power points in one of my rental properties. Their office manager is quite difficult to deal with as she prefers emails than a proper phone call. I explained to her what I wanted and even reminder her that one day prior. After organising with the tenants and my hubby taking a leave to be there, the sparky said that they were never told about the power points. Since they have another job to go to, they just left. I now have to organise another sparky plus the tenants plus another leave to do this. The office manager did not even contact me to apologise. i just got the invoice. I even emailed the owner of the company and again, I did not get the courtesy of a reply. This is just plain rude. I will definitely not use them again. They do not seem to care about the customer and the inconvenience they have created.
