Mayra has been doing my mother’s hair for the last 3 years. She is very flexible with scheduling appointments, and she does a great job. Today she did my hair and was able to squeeze me in on a last minute appointment! She did an awesome on job on my hair and overall was happy with her work! I would highly recommend her.
As an out of town guest with very naturally curly hair, I was hesitant to visit an unknown hairdresser. I had an appointment scheduled with Sandra and she did a perfect trim. Thank you! I recommend Infinity wholeheartedly. I chose them because of their reviews.

I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted and offered a beverage immediately . I did not have to wait but just a few minutes for my stylist. Sandra did an amazing job. I would recommend her and Infinity Hair Design to all of my friends.
The woman who greeted me had great customer service. She was alert, customer service oriented, and even stopped what she was doing to go inform Tamson about my arrival. I was happy about that, and Tamson was nice. She was friendly, attentive and did well on my haircut. The only complaint I have is that I requested that my bangs get curled after the haircut, and she didn't remember. After the haircut, she mentioned it would be an extra $5 for the hair curling. I was just so sad. Next time, I will certainly try another hair stylist.
04/06/2019 I had Infinity Hair Salon do both my and my wedding parties hair and makeup. Leading up to the big day I would have to email Margo multiple times before ever hearing back from her. I would go months without receiving a response. Perhaps that was a red flag, however I decided her lack of professionalism was mutually exclusive from the stylists work. I want to start off by giving our stylist a shoutout - the two individuals were extremely professional. Now to the NEED-TO-KNOWs: We were provided 2 stylist for 7 individuals receiving both hair and makeup. There were a series of issues stemming from not having enough stylists for the allotted amount of time: 1. Individuals were rushed through the process. My mom in particular wanted assistance in styling her hair a service of which we PAID for and she was brushed off in order to get to the others in the group 2. By the time we had to leave, the girls who had her hair curled earlier in the morning had flat hair 3. We were so rushed before leaving that girls were literally getting flowers pinned in their hair as others were out the door. None of us had time to review and adjust flowers as needed. Although it may sound minor, having the flowers was an intrusive piece of our accessorizing. It wasn't fair to us to have not had a say in this. 4. I was so unhappy with my eyebrows that I had to redo them myself on a moving shuttle on the way to pictures 5. Lastly, and most importantly, because of us running late, everything in our timeline got pushed. The entire afternoon we had to shuffle everything because of the late start. This led to a huge amount of stress and we were almost late to the ceremony. I specifically stated in several emails that we all wanted airbrush. In the salon you made me feel like I was to blame for the miscommunication. In the spirit of keeping my anxiety controlled I let it go but I did not appreciate you pointing the finger at me. Everyone myself included was extremely disappointed this was not prepared for us. I have asked for an itemized invoice for the work done and have yet to receive it. MOST IMPORTANTLY! I provided all of this feedback to Margot and after THREE WEEKS and THREE FOLLOW-UPS I have not heard back. Bride and wedding parties and/or larger groups do yourself a favor and avoid Infinity Hair Salon.
I am so unbelievably impressed with the safety precautions Infinity has implemented. My favorite hair dresser in the world just moved to Infinity and I could not be happier. Rosie is FABULOUSLY WONDERFUL and the shop is top.notch
I love Infinity Hair Design. The owner is wonderful, the staff are professional and friendly. They do a great job on my hair and I see others leaving with beautiful hairstyles.
Pauline is the best – she will make you feel comfortable and will assist you in determining the right style/color if needed along with truly making your stay very enjoyable with great conversation.
