Not impressed. We were informed that there would be a half hour wait, which was fine. However food took an hour to come out. We had ordered mild and medium heat curries. The 'mild' was anything but, and inedible due to its heat. Also not a big deal but said we wouldn't need rice, but yet it still came with it. Felt that some of the decor didn't quite 'fit' with an Indian restaurant either.

I was extremely happy with the restaurant until I got home and reviewed the receipt and they charged me $10 for water?! Absolutely outrageous.this frustrates me so much, I hate feeling ripped off like this.

Visited Valley store for takeout. Pretty delicious, seemed fresh and hot. Only feedback naans small and thin and my Prawn dish was obviously thinned with water as it seperated on my plate. Still tasted great though. Would return.

Ambience is good but food quality isn’t worth. We ordered Chana masala & asked the guy at reception to ask chef to make it hot. Chana masala which was served had chilly powder sprayed on top of it and no flavours at all. The 4-butter roti we ordered, out of which top 2 had butter but rest of them were plain. They don’t even serve water. Won’t recommend!!

Beautiful Indian cuisine. Highly recommended. My only issue and I know this goes to most restaurants, the prices of soft drinks, at $4 a can, is pretty expensive. Apart from that, wonderful people there.

Got lunch from here, took 15 minutes to arrive. Went to pick up meal, server busy chatting with customer, just ignored and carried on. I understand that you have to provide customer satisfaction but can excuse and service others waiting. Chef had to come out of kitchen to serve. 30.minutes lunch, took 15 minutes to cook, then ate it quickly in 15 minutes. No wonder the place was quite. When opened take way bag. No spoon or tissues.

Lovely food. Plenty of meat. I chose Chicken Jalfrazze. Yum. I have moved down from Auckland. My local Indian there I miss. But I'm not comparing. I really injoyed my meal. And the service, second to none

Allways consistently good. The Waiwakaio shop doesn't have the same selection that the main one does, but what they do, the still do well.
