I've gone to John for the last 15 years+. He's a solid and a safe pair of hands. Only downside is that he is pretty booked out well in advance. He wasn't available today, so tried seeing Saion and a really good first impression. When I walked in, he'd been through my notes and knew everything about my teeth, he was quick on the uptake when I described the problem, and best of all he explained things extremely well and in good detail I just saw another review that said a similar thing. He was also upfront about costs and options.
Pretty much 5 out of 5 for everything. The brand new ultra clean, bright premises and the friendly atmosphere are first rate and the quality of care is excellent. John and Bertie’s chairside manner also is a highlight. Pricing seems to be similar to other clinics from the research I did so it’s all upside as far as I can see. Highly recommended.
Cannot recommend enough. Arlia was so incredible patient and understanding with my overwhelming anxiety. It’s taken me 8 years to work up the courage to walk into a dentist, and I can safely say I will be back to continue my tooth journey. She walked me through every step of the way in what turned out to be a complex extraction. The whole team made me feel so at ease and I can’t thank them enough!
The team at Ilam dental are absolutely wonderful, I had my wisdom teeth removed with Saion and I could not have wished for a better experience as a patient. He is very thoughtful and thorough in his explanation of the procedures and was consistently ensuring I was feeling calm and comfortable the whole time. I had to ask if my teeth had come out because it was that painless, thank you to the whole team for making it such an easy experience!
Fantastic service. Saion identified the root cause of the issue excuse the pun and immediately found a solution. Excellent service from the receptionist to the dentist. I recommend 100%.
