I was under Gracie for around 16 months of treatment.nA few times I need extra visits like when I snapped a couple of brackets off or when the wire needed trimming. Appointments were always available for such emergencies and I always received great service.nNow #2 looks like they’ll need braces and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring them here.
We were transferred from orthodontic care in Dunedin, and couldn’t have been happier. Very friendly professionals, in a practice that runs on time, is new and clean, and has lots of free parking. Charlotte has a lovely manner, and has provided excellent care for our 15 yr old, and will be continuing with our younger son starting the orthodontic journey soon as well.
All the staff are always so friendly and helpful, from the moment you arrive until you leave, you are treated with respect and care. Our three children and myself are lucky enough to be part of the practice. We wouldn't go anywhere else. I would happily recommend this clinic to anyone, young or old. It has totally exceeded all of our expectations everytime. Thank you.
