Story

My work is informed by my training in person-centred practice and EFT couples counselling, where I offer a safe, non-judgmental place, journeying alongside men and women who are distressed by life’s events and supporting them in their quest for wholeness and healing.

I have a strong belief in the positive nature of all human beings in that we will strive to do the best for ourselves.
I believe in the uniqueness and worth of every individual and that we all deserve respect for our capacity to choose our own directions in life and to select and choose our own values to live by.
