Quick, efficient service and delicious food that accommodates most diets.nWe had the Hydro breakfast and the Avocado smash and both were great. The portions were very generous.
Ordered the Creamy Mushrooms, always a go to for me. In general I really enjoyed it. Mushrooms were delicious, I think it’s worth adding the bacon, first few bites of the bread were great but by the end it was very soggy, poached eggs were not very runny.
ordered the eggs benedict with salmon, food was quite tasty but i felt that it could do with a bit more flavour. the poached eggs were overcooked and the yolks were not runny!nnit was great that the staff informed us about the waiting time before we ordered, and the food was served quicker than expected :
Next time, I will ask for black pudding on the side, so it remains crispy. And ask for runny poached eggs so I can mix with the hollandaise sauce. Good hollandaise sauce. I'm so happy that I could have the Black pudding as an extra. Auckland to Wellington, returning home 2nd time, stopped here. Eggs Bene with add on Black pudding & bacon. My Latta coffee was enjoyable. Water with sliced lemon available. Takeaway hedhog slice for me to eat later.
Really friendly and quick service. Beautiful food with HUGE portions. Our party had the hydro breakfast, the pancakes, and the avocado smash. All very fresh and tasty. Coffee was very nice too. Lots of seating inside and out. Lovely decking for nice weather. Clean Baby change facilities available too.
