Have to wonder at some of these reviews.....there's some nutty people about that's for sure.... Anyway, when we unexpectedly had to go to the emergency department, we were treated very kindly. Staff very helpful. I don't know how they do it in these times of Covid. A lot of the staff really do care. They are working in an old and run-down hospital but that's hardly their fault. They're doing the best they can.
Brought my grandmother in tonight to the emergency care. We got treated so poorly and almost chased away with them being dismissive. The receptionist was possibly the rudest person I have met in my time in Wellington. I am disgusted by this level of service and cannot ever recommend going here.

My partner is having real problems and we were told to ring if any problems at all. We rung the mental health and know one was available so we decided to ring te hika and on hold for 20min. Our health system is in the grate scheme of things is amazing but our mental health system is disgusting. I truly hope something is done about this. The 20min was when I started typing and I'm still on holine. .....

There is plenty of time, with a psychiatric system pickled by Rhurbarb and mususe of spagetti You MUST rembember to 1 Take your pilks every 4 hours 2 Use a bathroom
