Loved our experience. We travelled 30+ minutes especially for this cafe because it was family-friendly with a kids' play area, which was clearly popular because when we arrived, there were about five kids all happily playing! It is a nice kids' play area, best for toddlers 1-4 years my guess as my almost 3-year-old toddler enjoyed it a lot while my 11-month-old baby didn't as much as there weren't many toys suitable for her. However, there were quality high chairs available, which I appreciated as they weren't cheap and flimsy like other cafe high chairs can be.nnThere's also a kids' menu. We got the kids' French toast and kids' scrambled eggs along with our adult creamy mushrooms and muesli bowl. The creamy mushrooms were DELICIOUS. Perfect mushrooms, perfect poached egg, perfect toast. My husband thought his muesli bowl was okay. My baby seemed to like her scrambled eggs enough and my toddler enjoyed his French toast which had a nice variety of seasonal fruit strawberries, blueberries, honey dew melon, orange.nnThe cafe is spacious with a wide variety of seating - bar, table, or booth. Cosy, lively atmosphere. Service was good but slow. Still a positive experience overall, I'd definitely return again and recommend it to friends with young kids!
Great find in the suburbs. Sort of a business vibe but there's plenty of space between tables for privacy and focus. Coffee was great and food suburb. Appreciated the twist on scrambled eggs with the chilli crisp. Very generous serving. Staff were friendly and service was prompt. Thank you
We came across this cafe today - wow it was fantastic lots of booth seating that we like, friendly prompt service - the food !!! What a great breakfast we had the Huddle Breakfast - the selection of flavors the best big breakfast I have had in years I swapped my bread for GF and it was quality grainy bread not like most places. I would highly recommend this place!! The coffee was great too!! Thank you !!
Eaten here now four times and it has become my new local. The food is always consistent and of high quality. I’ve only ordered off the breakfast menu at this stage, but each time the food is top notch. Seems to be plenty of seating and the service is welcoming and attentive. The ingredients are of a high quality and it feels like a good wholesome meal made right when I eat here.nMy partner has equally enjoyed her meals when we eat here. Good spot and parking seems handy.nHighly recommend checking this place out.
Ambience was great, bright lighting and nicely decorated. Kids friendly as there’s a closed, designated kids play area. Food was tasty and nicely presented.nnThe only downside was the service… the waitress brought us 2 glasses of water just glasses of water, no jug, which was nice. But one of the glasses had red lip stick stain on it… so I asked the waitress if I could please have another glass. She took away the dirty and brought me a glass, an empty glass… with no water…nLater on, when our order came, it turned out it was not what I ordered… the manager was very apologetic which we appreciate.nnAnyway, strongly recommend providing more training for staff to provide better service.
