Amy is on a mission to help badass entrepreneurial woman find balance, health and abundance while following their dreams!

Story

Amy has been on a health and wellness journey over the past ten years, suffering from severe eczema and depression and overcoming it through food and lifestyle changes. Amy is a trained Health Coach, Chef, mother and previous founder of Wilder and Hunt a premium health food company. She has a wealth of knowledge to help anyone suffering from food allergies (coeliac, gluten intolerance, nut allergies, preservatives etc), mental health barriers (anxiety, depression, sleeplessness etc) and body image issues (weight fluctuation, bloating, pre and post natal etc).

Amy offers a six month program, comprising of bi-weekly coaching sessions, email support, supermarket shopping experience, pantry audit, goal setting, cooking lessons and ongoing support.

Being part of a close knit wellness community Amy can also put you in touch with like minded wellness specialists that can help you on your health journey and link you into a support group that fits your need.

Her store also has many beautiful products that make for great gifts!

I am balanced is the perfect place to get your dietary and health issues sorted. This space has all the supplements needed and stock a variety of NZ made products, if you want to see an improvement with your life, definitely stop by I am balanced to make the change.
