Went on a quiet evening on one of the last shows, got my empty theater which I love but the staff was attentive to the presence of the handful of customers even though the place looked dead. Not too bad for pop corn and coke, you can also order hot food that gets delivered to you at your seat, most things are pick and purchase. The cinemas were clean and tidy and the seating was comfortable with ample room on your armrests to even keep the pop corn. The sound in the theaters has been impressive, keen to watch how good 3D movies are. Lacks advanced experience like 5D, IMax and hence the 4 stars as its missing a lot of that.
The food centre has nothing but a few lollies and shitty drink option the frozen coke machine was down to be told it’s been down for ages. Could hardly find staff for help. Paid for D box experience for the seats to not even work couldn’t get any seat to work around us either and the Ben a Jerry’s attached to them has freezer burn / half melted refrozen ice cream that taste like freezer
We went yesterday. Very busy time as we went through the checkout. We happened to get the manager who had jumped on to reduce the queue. I had booked the wrong cinema ‍ no time left to get to the other one either. No problem Hami I think that was his name just swapped everything over to the base cinema.nnIn this world of having to fight for everything it was such a plesant surprise. I had made the mistake but rather than ruin our day, he just quietly fixed it for us. Thank you so much. I hope your kindness is repaid to you! And that you get to see this
Went to see a movie Wednesday night. Only one person working the front counter even though over 8 families were waiting in line to be served as the one of the kiosks was not working. Therefore missed the first 10 minutes of the movie. Movie was great however very packed cinema. After the movie had finished we went to the bathrooms, which only 3/12 stalls in the women’s restroom had toilet paper, which was not even in the dispenser. The roll was just sitting on top. After a nearly sold out cinema you’d think to have the bathrooms stocked correctly. Disappointing.
Recliner seats great service great, movie the shizz!! Free popcorn and pepsi surprise! Drinks watery no flavour, nachos, cold and cheese tasted off, sliders cold chips not bad. For the price of the food absolutely gross! Iced Water was probably the only thing that tasted great cause it had ice and it was free. No aircon so it got pretty stuffy. For the price and experience. NOT WORTH IT!!!! Spent $300 for the whole experience. Yah wont be doing that again!! Ill spend $50 at the budget movie session any day. Lux it is not!
