Requested our drinks to be swapped for lux but was never delivered until half the movie I had to chase up the staff at the counter who then prepped it cause they forgot about it.nOther then that experience was great recliner seats and ease of access. Food was great though a bit pricey.
Tried Lux for the first time, was pretty good, the seats were nice, massive theater. My son mentioned the sound not being the greatest, almost a hollow sound, maybe a smaller theater may have been a better choice, there's a couple of options at different times.nThe staff were all really nice and helpful.nWe ordered some of the food on the menu, the chips and southern chicken was nice but we didn't like the pulled pork sliders- we like the ingredients usually so that was unexpected. I got a meat lovers pizza to make up for the sliders, it was alright, very thin hard base, not the greatest taste.nIt was really awkward fitting the massive pizza board on the small table along with drinks only one drink holder in the seat popcorn and other dishes.nMassive portions which is good but considering it was too much food for 2 people but only the single meal option then it's lucky we didn't get a deal each.nI feel the price could be made more affordable and smaller portions made available for the people with smaller appetites, that way more people would purchase and it'd fit on the table easier. Sad to have so much waste.nWas surprised to not get a choice on the complimentary drink VIP membership deal, we're not pepsi fans.nOverall, a little disappointing. I missed a lot of the movie trying to move plates around and sort the food out but have to say, the staff were great which definitely helps. Unfortunately my son was extremely disappointed after we left, bit of a let down. If it wasn't for the great staff I would've probably put 1 less star.
$9.20 for a small soft drink and $10.50 for a small popcorn y’all on crack. Lost a sale because we would have bought snacks if they were a reasonable price
Not the greatest experience. No team on the floor this was at mid day. Went to see if I could get the one line combo like you do at the other branch but was told no we are a treat city centre we don't off er that. Then go and get a cup for my ice drink the machine isn't working just was slow. Found some one who just was about to go out back and was met with a rude response. Was told the machine is in defrost mode and should work in 5 mins I the most rudest tone And the air con doesn't work
Great movie theatre, pristine, modern lightimg, friendly staff. Snacks are expensive. The 15 minutes of very loud adverts before the movie were 10 minutes too long! But we loved the movie Dune Il. Seats comfy, plenty of leg room.
