New and comfortable facilities. They are offering a great promotion for tickets for $10, which I found quite interesting. To get it, just register online and make the purchase. A regular ticket costs between $21.00 and $24.00. The theaters are usually not full. The service is good and the popcorn is good too. And the movie theater is close to the food court, just follow the signs. On Sundays, you can enjoy the Night Market before or after the movie, which is open in the mall parking lot from 5pm to 10pm. I had no problem finding a parking space in the mall parking lot around 5pm, but I believe that the spaces fill up later due to the night market, which is always very busy.
Not that anyone reads google reviews anyway…. But event cinema in Chartwell has always been the most amazing cinema!!! Delightful staff that are always so friendly. They ensure ID is checked accordingly for the movies. Food is beautiful and full of flavour. Cinemas usually cleaned well with the odd occasion that kernels are missed but who cares they are busy. To be able to have the cinema available is just wonderful in itself. People need to stop being so rude and appreciate the fact that they are doing their job and you were likely rude first
There is a wide choice of movies here at Event Cinemas Chartwell. Popcorn and a choice of ice creams plus a lot of yum things sweet can be bought here to eat with the movie.nI like the chairs that are so comfortable and can be adjusted to ones comfort. The screens are huge and the sound of the movie is incredible. Parking is a breeze and free. Located on the first floor you can use the escalator or a lift to get to the cinemas. This is a great outing for the whole family. Give it a go. You won't be disappointed.
Hayley is an amazing supervisor, I give her a 100% Mystery Shopper pass. She deserves a payrise, as she has exceptional customer. Thank you for making mine and my daughter's day yesterday.
Staff were absolutely lovely.nWe found the cinema very cold which wasn’t comfortable- there were only 6 people in our session so I get it - it’s expensive to heat but next time there may only be 4 people because of thisnWe missed the end of our movie because we had booked a second engagement based on the time our movie ran for - the ads at the beginning pushed this out significantly for - again I get it, but PLEASE add this somehow into the movie length advertised so that planning if needed is possible
