Hotpotz Art & Crafts Gallery

Took myself on a date today and called into Hotpotz. Didn’t need to book which was great. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I was able to sit down and paint my item which was really relaxing and enjoyable. Prices are really reasonable too! This isn’t just a place for children, it’s great fun as an adult too! Highly recommend!

I went to Hotpotz with my 10 month old baby to paint a vase for a Bday gift. Beforehand, I was thinking this is either a brill idea or it'll be a total nightmare. The staff are so fantastic and helpful that we ended up also painting a plant pot for another gift. I was so impressed at how good they looked when I collected them that I wished I'd done something for myself to keep. I have since returned and done another vase and a trinket box for our home, which has baby footprints and a hand print incorporated, within the designs. I have recommended to other friends and family who have also visited and been very impressed with the results!

So disappointed with end products which were to give as a gift. Spelling mistake, writing looked rushed, the Cork underneath coasters was peeling off. Overall very unhappy with order. Not satisfactory to give to a paying customer. No mention of a refund, said they would rectify mistake but no apologies for overall appearance of 2x coasters. I've not went back to collect items not worthy of my time and I'd feel embarrassed to give as a gift.

Quite pricy but a fantastic and fun activity for children of all ages. The staff are helpful and friendly and they offer a good range of ways to decorate your pot. There is also an extensive range of pots on offer from plates and ornaments to door plates and candle holders. There are also a range of beverages on offer. A very enjoyable few hours.

As soon as I found out hotpotz was under new ownership knew I had to go and have a nosey. I was not disappointed. First of all, I have to say the new display in the window really caught my eye. As soon as I walked in I was greet with two lovely smiles, the two new owners. They introduced themselves and couldn't do enough for me. I came in to enquire about imprints and both ladies were super informative and I ended up leaving with an appointment booked in. Whilst I was there I just sensed such a lovely, family orientated atmosphere. There were children with parents and even grandparents painting and smiling. This is definitely something I will be coming back to! Keep up the good work ladies!
