Went for Sunday dinner and it was brilliant. Staff were very friendly and attentive to the tables equally. 4 of us had the Sunday roast and everyone was very pleased. The starters were great just a nice portion. The lamb was cooked lovely on the Sunday roast as well as the cauliflower cheese and veg. Food & drinks: Food was excellent and nice selection of drinks on offer

Only there for lunch. Both times, it's been busy. Parking is not great. Especially if there is a funeral party in. No complaints about the food. There is a box on each table with 2 switches. One for service and one for the bill. Great idea for a busy restaurant.Service: 5/5

Had a very disappointing meal during the week. Chateaubriand was pretty tasteless, the sides were poor and even the salad on the plate was fairly wilted. Macaroni was bland, verging on tasteless, the fries unseasoned and the mushrooms poorly cooked We have been here loads and always enjoyed, but this was really poor. Service was fine. Hopefully just an off day, as usually much better.

Good food in a very busy restaurant, service a little slow but understandable due to busyness. Only negative is a very complicated booking system, where you note your bank details. However, they forgot to mark our party as arrived for dinner & charged my bank account a ‘no-show fee’. They did return the fee when they realised but just shows their booking system does not work! I will return again as we all love the Coachman, but will be more aware of booking issues.

Exceptional food in an unexpected place. The building doesn't look like much from the outside but inside it's great, and there's a huge car park. The cakes looked gorgeous but bought in, I think. I had a huge burger and chips, which was delicious Food: 5/5

Very busy place. We were lucky and with no booking were seated in 10 minutes. Food was good, service a tad slow, but it was very busy so understandable. I would definitely go back! Kid-friendliness: Good kids options, no colouring or activity sheets though

Attended a wedding reception here, the venue was set out lovely the food was delicious waiting staff very quick As was bar staff prices reasonable. Nice rose wall to get your photograph taken.Service: 4/5

There are two great eating places in Kilsyth and this is one of them. Wide menu, good food, great portion sizes and attentive service. Plenty of parking too if you do want to drive.

If your disabled, pick somewhere else! One disabled parking space at tne main entrance, usually taking with someone that feels they need it more then anyone else no badge. If you have to use the overflow car park at the rear you won't manage in to the premises. Disgraceful in this day and age. Been going for a couple of years now but food and service has declined massively. Real shame.
