Amazing walking trek today. Such lovely guides and horses that are happy and have beautiful temperaments. My first time back in the saddle in 18 years and ‘Darkie’ just made it a breeze. Beautiful scenery and location, what an experience. Will certainly be back!

Hey guys, What's an amazing experience that we had. It was our first time riding horses. Staffs were very nice and friendly. Clara was our guide for today, she is an amazing guide, she is very patient and taking care of us really nice. We love taking photos and videos for memories and Clara was not mind at all. Clara is very friendly, dedicated and caring. Beautiful horses, Franky and Flaky  dont know if the name is right  were fantastic, horses were treated nicely. Highly recommended this business. Super fun and once of the kind.

Thank you Saara and team for the memorial experience. Our guide Jozi was wonderful with the kids. The 1 hour trek takes you on a combination of beach and forest paths. Very easy ride. The horses are well trained.

Great horse trek. We booked the one hour which took us along the beach and back through the forest, plus through a couple of rivers. The guide walked us as we had my six year old at the front. She was awesome and made sure everyone was safe. Highly recommend.

My name is Michelle and me and my boyfriend Wade went for a lovely ride with your wonderful guide Maggie on Saturday the 12th for Valentine's weekend. We just felt that we needed to say a huge thank you to her amazing service. Incredible experience today on our horse trek. What a trail! Beautiful scenery, so peaceful. Even with the overcast and drizzly weather. The horses were all gorgeous and you could tell they were well loved and looked after.  A special mention to Kerry/Carrie for being so lovely and a wonderful guide. Highly recommend Muriwai Horse Treks for a great kiwi experience.

Riding with my three daughters ages 9, 8 and 3 on a sunny winters day in Muriwai was a beautiful experience.  As a childhood horse rider I felt safe and was very impressed by the horses and staff.  Best trek I've been on for safety and scenery.  Can't wait to go back!

We recently had our work party here. They accommodated our big group so well and made our nervous riders feel totally at ease from the very beginning. What a fantastic experience with well cared for horses, friendly and kind staff. 100% recommend this fantastic company. Also...the scenery...wow!

We came for a beginners trek for our staff Christmas party, it was unbelievable. The guides were fantastic and the ride will not be forgotten. Beautiful horses and amazing views as we came on to the beach and back through the forest. Thanks for an amazing day!
