I have never felt more comfortable with a trip guide then I did with this company! My mom and I booked many trips but unfortunately weather in July did not go as plan. This company contacted us personally to try to book other trips ahead of time or change trips letting us know the weather won’t let us go out! They did not have to do this they could of just canceled and said o well!! We will be back and plan to book again! -Linda & April
Absolutely amazing from start to finish! Experience Kart was by far the best tour and the best tour guide of my entire New Zealand trip. He matched what we wanted and was willing to change the itinerary on the fly. I did the Alpine crossing and I would have been far more underprepared and absolutely would have had a worse experience/no experience at all. If you’re considering booking this service please do, it will enhance your travels.
We booked a Bay Of Islands Tour with Experience Kart. Unfortunately one part of the trip was not available out of the control of Experience Kart and we were unable to reschedule due to our departure from Auckland. Karthik tried so hard to change things around for us but it just didn’t work out. I am so grateful for his professionalism and he organised a full refund which came through immediately. Will book with them next time we are in Auckland. So friendly and helpful. Thank you so much. Jennifer
We wished we had hired Karthik as our guide for our entire trip! He was able to get us on the Tongariro Alpine Crossing when others were told there was no room on the shuttle or that the crossing was closed. Karthik’s recommendations including activities, accommodations, and food options were excellent. We changed our minds several times about what we wanted to do and Karthik adjusted with ease. Highly, highly recommend!
We had a great trip to the thermal valley and the Māori cultural experiences. Our guide was very knowledgeable and pointed out places along the way. The van was comfy and clean. Everyone received a complimentary bag of goodies for travel and snack. Our guide was very polite and attentive to our needs.
Karthik was the absolute best driver and tour guide we could possibly get! He’s a great man and we could vouch for him!!! My wife and I, along with one of my hometown best homies from Chicago… had a total ball Sunday, thanks to Karthik Keep being who you are brother, your great positive energy will gravitate the best of people from all over the world! Karthik, our tour guide from ExperienceKart in New Zealand, was unlike any other I've ever had - this man is caring, eager to please, knowledgeable, patient, flexible, accommodating and most importantly treats you like family. The bus had free wifi, and even had cords to charge our phones both Android and Iphone seeing how some of us didn't bring them with us. After every stop, he asked if we enjoyed the experience and if we needed anything. I needed a lock for my suitcase and he took me to a hardware store to get one! Such amazing customer service - if you can book a tour with him in New Zealand, you definitely should! He picked up my two friends and I on time in a new air conditioned bus. No problem to pick us up at one location and drop us at another. He even had a little gift for each of us. The honey bees were amazing. Loved learning about how it was all done and seeing the live bees making the honey. The guide at the bees was very knowledgeable and the honey tasting was yummy. Bought an assortment! Horseback riding was incredible. The horses were so gentle and well behaved and the scenery was just like New Zealand - the most amazing I've ever seen and I've been all over the world! The staff offered to take pictures anywhere we asked and were very accommodating. We could trot, canter and do walks around the cones if we wanted. Chocolate tasting was yummy although the counter person was not very nice, the chocolate was great. Sculptureum was really something to see! So many interesting sculptures and artwork where you could walk around both inside and outside. The exhibits were exotic, well placed and humorous at times. Also the Italian restaurant there had food that was surprisingly very tasty. A ceramics store followed with local arts and pottery you could purchase followed by a "sweet surprise" from Karthik. Karthik was so accommodating! We asked him if he could take us to the airport the next day and then it turned out that UNITED airlines canceled our flight from Auckland to SFO so he just ended up taking us on tour of the city, seeing places we hadn't seen before. We ended up having 2 tours with Karthik - one he planned special just for us! A really wonderful experience and I highly recommend!

Great Communication, Karthik was great to deal with. We didnt get to go on the tour due to time constraints at our end but look forward to getting our overseas visitors on board in the future.
Karthik is a great tour guide and very friendly. We enjoyed our trip with him and would definitely book another one when we come back to visit!
