Best fish & chips & mushy peas I've had for a while.Not overcooked. Generous portions. At a good price. Friendly service Well worth a visit .
take this review from a 76 year old that has had F&C from many shops over the years . The fried Monk fish with chips is by far the 100% best F&C my wife and I have ever had. it doesn't get any better than that! That's our opinion and I hope everyone else enjoys the same experience as us. top marks to Hooked!
Worst fish I ever had. Chips were ok and good quantity but extremely oily. Felt sick after having one piece. Would prefer AJ fish and chips over this place.
Had Monk fish and chips. My new favorite take out in NZ.

Beautifully cooked fish, burgers and chips. Staff were friendly, service was fast and food was well presented! And most importantly it was all delicious! First time we have been here tonight and we will be back! Highly recommend
Good value for money with very friendly staff and owner. Nice variety of different food options other than fish and place is always very clean. We go here often.
It's so great to have so many gluten free options, and they don't have that typical gluten free taste either. Great place to have fish and chips!
