Homestaging your property gives buyers the best possible first impression, enables them to imagine the property as their home and achieves a higher price.
WHAT WE DO:
Once contacted by phone or email we visit the client at their property for a free on site consultation and quote.
A typical package includes entrance, kitchen, dining, living and study areas, bedrooms , bathrooms and outdoor furniture. We discuss with the client what would best suit their needs and explain what we would suggest for their property.
On delivery we homestage the property by placing furniture, rugs, lamps, cushions, flowers, ornaments and accessories, hanging original artwork and mirrors, and making and ironing the beds.
A property staged by Homestaging Wellington will:
-create a positive first impression
-enable first class photos to be taken for marketing purposes
-enhance the property’s perceived value
-Guide a buyers eye to the strengths of the property and away from any negatives
-Make the property stand out from others on the market
WHY HOMESTAGE?
As real estate agents stress, the first impression is the key factor in selling your home. To achieve the best possible outcome a home should always be presented at its best.
Research shows that homestaged properties sell for more and in less time than empty properties.
A homestaged property transforms an empty space in to a welcoming, appealing and attractive product for sale. Homestaging markets a property to its maximum potential leading to maximum impact and the best possible results.
Homestaging Wellington has an extensive range of furniture to suit any property from a character bungalow to an inner city apartment. We have successfully staged houses priced from $300,000 to over $3million in the greater Wellington area, the Kapiti Coast and in the Wairarapa.
