Exceptional customer service! At a time where we seem to come across poor service reguarly, Ryan stands out, providing a quick, professional response at very reasonable rates. He came to fix our lock after a burglary and was excellent, and we subsequently called him out about a different issue and he again turned up quick and fixed the problem no fuss. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Needed two window handles replaced as couldn't open windows. Ryan was the most reasonably priced and easy to communicate with. My partner dealt with Ryan as I was working but he said he's a "top guy" and did a great job. We have functioning windows again ready for warmer months! Thanks again. We will recommend to friends and family.

I locked my keys in the garage like an idiot attending to a burst pipe, HL came highly recommended and with the reviews on Google I called them out, the locksmith was very professional and friendly and the price to replace the lock was, in the end, great! No additional charge, 2 sets of keys, and 12 months warranty - I'm super happy with the work and will not be locking my keys in the garage again. I recommend them highly.

Absolutely amazing came round when they said. Lovely guy very reasonable price. Also said the outside of the lock was sticking but didn't have a part for it he came back a day later and fitted the part for free even though it had nothing to do with the original call out . Amazing service and price we would highly recommend them for any locksmith issues
Brilliant work by Ryan! Did a full proper job changing the gearbox and realigning the door itself. Most other locksmiths just change the gearbox and charge you more. Would certainly recommend Homesafe!
