We had a puncture yesterday and limped into Ford Cromer...although they couldn't help with the tyre they very kindly let us use their forecourt and lent us a trolley jack which saved us loads of work. Thank you so much, new tyre being collected this morning!

I bought my last 2 cars from here, had them serviced, mot'd and when needed Seldomly repaired here' the customer service is unrivaled, the friendliness of ALL the staff is amazing, and the quality and honesty of the work means that I will buy my next car from here, and carry on coming here ...... oh by the way I live 34 miles or an hours drive away..... That's how good The East Coast Motor people are

Whilst on holiday in Cromer last week my Ford Kuga developed a fault. I managed to get the car to the East Coast Motor Company first thing Monday morning and having described the fault to Kevin on reception he diagnosed it with what turned out to be 100% accuracy without even seeing the car. The car was quickly booked in and during the course of the day they had confirmed the fault, ordered the parts and repaired it. I was back on the road by 5.15pm the same day. I cannot fault the excellent service that I received and thoroughly recommend this Ford dealer.

Whilst on holiday we had a flat which was diagnosed and dealt with very efficiently and cheerfully. Pleasant , courteous staff who were knowledgeable . Thanks again Peter Carr

Quite simply a brilliant little dealership. I personally find them much better than the main Ford dealer in Norwich. Staff are all very professional, helpful and friendly. I've been a returning customer for years and they've never caused any problems or messed me about - MOT/Service, sales and after sales customer care is very good.

My mum has had a problem with her car and says the customer service she has received both times she has been to you has been excellent. She was a brand new customer after a breakdown and now she says she won't go anywhere else. Thankyou!
