As soon as you enter Holy Smoke, you are welcomed with the amazing smooked meat smell. It will make you salivating. The restaurant is pretty cosy, with a very industrial, rough decoration. The staff and service was amazing. Helpfull, fast, full of advices and informations about the food. It was wonderful ! And now, the food. Everything was tasty and pretty uncommon in a good way. It's been a while that I have tasted a style of cuisine that's so unfamiliar. It was really refreshing to try it. I highly recommend you to try their "Fat" Brisket and the Asian Pulled Pork with tortillas. PS: - Yes, your clothes will smell like smoked meat after that. - Reserve a table at night, because the restaurant is really packed and there is a line of people waiting you Can do it online on their website!
The pastrami sandwiches are amazing. The service is really good, the waiters are very polite. The design of the restaurant is really nice also, pretty good atmosfere. I will definitely return.Food: 5/5
Wouldn't recommend. The food is below decent. Brisket missed good seasoning, and condiments like potatoes and coleslaw salad were just disappointing. The price to quality ratio was also really bad. The staff has an attitude and to make things worse my wife got a severe food poisoning after eating pulled pork sandwich. Wine and beer selection was the only thing I enjoyed.

Friendly staff with great service - everything was delicious, from the cocktails to dessert! We had the asian pulled pork as a starter yum! followed by the shared platter. It had brisket, sausage, pulled pork and a bunch of side. It was a lot of food and we couldn't finish, but were able to take the rest home with us to enjoy the next day. They also have a huge selection of whisky's and bourbon to end the evening with. Prices are quite high, but in line with the quality of the food and the service : Would recommend and go again!
This is your one and only destination for smoked southern meat pig out! It offers a great selection of quality, slow cooked smoked meat dishes which do not disappoint. I’ve been to Holy Smoke a few times and I enjoyed it every time. Nachos are an absolute must, but very heavy too - so it’s a shared dishes for many. Brisket, burger are all phenomenal and some cocktail selection to go with are also very nice. The service can be quite slow in the evening, unfortunately. But it is a t least nice and friendly. Recommend this for any meat lover in Brussels.
Very friendly staff :, kind and smiling . The service was fast except the main order which took 45mins. The food was not a surprise but tasty . Big winner would be the brisket and the tai pulled pork with the nachos. The cornbread was more like a cake than an original cornbread . The pulled pork burger had nothing much to say and was a bit dry I would suggest going with something else! We had two old fashioned which were excellent !! overall a good experience A bit pricy for its flavours . Nice and Cosy space , with an open kitchen food and bbq smell will follow you on your clothed after you leave .
Yes it it pretty good in terms of taste. If you are looking for a pretty decent smoked Texan style ribs in Brussels, this is the place to go. However the price is absurd. I went two times before, back in 2021 and they raised the menu 8-10€ more, for much less quantity. TL;DR: I payed 39 euros for 2cl cheap whiskey and 3 average sized ribs.
The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed and the service was prompt. The experience was even better as it was lunch time and not too busy but lively. The portion is very big and the price seems fair compared to the options around. The waiter who served us was very patient and attentive, although I was disappointed they didn't have what I came in for pastrami the replacement was so good I didn't mind not having my original choice as it was something recommended from reviews. Recommended!
Food is slowly cooked and literally melting. But served cold though. We came in at 7.30pm had starters tortillas and got served our main course at 9.15. Unfinisable 1h45 minutes wait for a meat which was supposed to be cooked in advance. Sides potatoes and coleslaw also pre-prepared. The wait was so long that we lost appetite and could not finish our meal. Shared this bad experience with the manager and we felt a strong and surprising lack of empathy/understanding. Hopefully for the ones who will Still try out this place, you will have a better experience. Big 1 star for us because we paid 60 euros each for no commercial gesture and 50% consummed meal. Ouch!
