If I could give 10/5 stars, I would. My first time with the guys here as insurer directed me to them. I found them when they were already very busy but when I explained my situation, Nicky and her team went above and beyond to squeeze my car in for a quick job to make it acceptably roadworthy pending the full repair so I did not have to go without a car for weeks. When the horrific Auckland Anniversary flooding hit, I honestly would have understood receiving no communication from them but that night they sent out emails to all their customers whose repair schedule were affected. Then they booked me back in for repair within only a few hours after that, despite me actually telling them to take time to do what they need to do first. When I took my car for repair in the days preceding the cyclone and Mike took the time to explain to me their safekeeping strategy. I fully anticipated delays since the weather affected us all but then the team pulled through on schedule. I even ran late on my way to pick the car up due to unexpected traffic caused by a road incident but Mike was so understanding about it too. All in all, top notch people, top notch service. My car is as if the accident never happened and I am almost really glad it happened because now I know where I will definitely go for anything car related. Thank you everyone at Holgate Panelbeaters Browns Bay, you guys truly are the heroes! Thank you especially to Nicky for all your patience, kindness and empathy as I navigated my way through this for the first time and asked a lot of what must have been quite silly questions!Services: Tires
The team at Holgate are AMAZING!!!! My car failed a WOF and Matt has been nothing short of an angel in helping me get all I needed for the Wof to pass. I HIGHLY recommend their services. Friendly staff and so helpful.
It's very rare coming across a service provider like Holgate Panelbeaters who goes above and beyond for their customers and who really understands what a quality customer experience really is about coming up to the Christmas rush. Nicki and Mike were absolutely fantastic to deal with. They really took all the hassles away and the repairs were professionally done with our car looking as good as new. Great service, very happy with my car, went over and above to make my car look good.. even polished my headlights and made them brand new when they were yellow before. Staff very bubbly and friendly. Definitely 5 stars and would definitely go back in the future if need.
These guys are awesome. I have a mobility scooter that has a canopy. We had an argument with a tree. They bent a metal bar back into shape and were so helpful and prompt because they had compassion knowing I rely on that device to "walk". Highly recommend this business! They can do wondrous things with metal. They are also have fair decent pricing.
