I contacted TF group as I am purchasing a new vehicle, as a previous Dura Seal customer I like the product more than its contender, however the dealership I am buying the vehicle from promotes the other brand.  How difficult was it to obtain a price, I was told fill out a form first .... I only want a price.... fill out the form otherwise we won't give you a price!  Numerous emails later I had to give in and fill out the form .. finally I was told the price .. that honestly could have been provided without all the unnecessary emails and need for form filling what a waste of my time.  Last time I bought Dura Seal for exterior and interior leather protection it was $895, to my surprise the price is now $1395 supposedly because two coats are now applied?!  Needless to say such a shame they lost a repeat customer, frustrated me, wasted my time and I won't be back.  I hope they see this review and make amendments, at least with customer service which is not contributing to future sales.  How many other sales have they lost with an attitude like this.  Such a shame will take my hard earned money elsewhere don't waste your time.

Exceptional level of service to be fair, it's probably the best level of service I have ever received from any service-based business, and was super stoked with the end result exterior paint protection and leather protection. The car looks absolutely mint and couldn’t be happier.

Just had Dura Seal applied to our new car by Dura Seal after the car dealer botched it and we couldn’t be happier with the finish and the people at Dura Seal were totally professional and wonderful to deal with.

Don't waste your money buying $300 fabric projection plan - doesn't worth it. I was told by a person who sold me the 7-year protection plan that I can have my sofa cleaned generally up to three times during the life of the projection plan, but that's absolutely not true. They only cleat stains. You better add a bit more and buy a wet vacuum to clean your sofa yourself, plus you can use the same vacuum to clean your mattress, carpet, car upholstery and many more - that's what I did and more than happy with that.  Hey TF Group, you can thank Harvey Norman Wairau Park furniture department for bad review.
