DINNER on Sunday and what a great place for it! We’re in the vicinity of Birkenhead and it’s such a refreshing experience to not have to go across the bridge for a great hospitality experience. You want every dish on the menu, none of it sounded bad but one can only eat so much! The wine list is nice and modern, with plenty of natural wine options and classics are also available for the less adventurous. Even a few really tasty sounding cocktails are available, with locally made spirits - good on you for supporting Duo! From what we had, the high-light was the Paua Donut for sure but it was all good and I hope Duo grows into an institution like the Engine Room.

Had a nice Brunch they were packed when i arrived. Had a great service person named Liberty who took great care of our table. The coffee was nice but the food was interesting i had a dish i never had before kind of similar to french toast and we had tomatoes on sour dough all of it was great

A very popular and busy cafe in Birkenhead and we can see why! Great coffee, friendly service and delicious food. We came for their truffle special bene with potato rosti, truffle prosciutto, and shaved truffle. The eggs were perfectly poached with a runny center! We saved room for their lemon meringue croissant!

Super busy cafe on Saturday, the table was a bit crowded, they have a backyard but didn’t open on Saturday which was a bit sad as I have to leave my dog in the car. Food is great! Raw fish on toast, I give

Food: five of usall girls loved every dish we tried. Must try - Egg plant crispy and best to me - Raw Fish - Wagyu steak - Duck You must try dinner here not only brunch! I would go back for sure especially for dinner. Staff: Very friendly Booking: Duo is a popular small restaurant so must book. Parking: Plenty off street parkings available.

Amazing tasting coffee and even better food! I had the Bene with Bacon and it was delicious. Will definitely be back when around Birkenhead. Staff are amazing, credit to the shop! There are plenty of seats inside and out. Toilets outback are very well kept.

Came with my family and ordered scone and the duo. Kid ordered the cheese burger. Surprisely the burger was with wagyu beef. Staff were very friendly and coffees were so nice. We came around 9:30am and the tables were all fully occupied already, the place isn't too big though. We will definitely come back next time. High recommended!

Lovely menu with several different options to the usual brunch menu, and beautifully executed. Great notes on the menu for those with dietary preferences or allergies. Friendly and attentive service.

was lucky enough to grab one of the limited truffle benes this morning. I've had a lot of eggs benedicts in my time and this might have been the best. every element was perfect on this plate. make sure you visit this place, seriously good! will be back for sure

The atmosphere was nice and the food was aesthetic. However disappointed with the taste as the potato has was plain and the potatoes were not seasoned.Food: 2/5
