Are we able to get money withdraws from Hillcrest kiwibank ?
The staff is fluent in English and Mandarin, his outstanding service and helpful demeanor made my banking experience exceptionally smooth. Although it took me a while to find the bank because it is inside of a post office
Got everything I needed to get done and the man working there did as much as possible to ensure that I got the cheapest option while still fulfilling everything I wanted.
New Zealand post and Kivi Bank at Hillcrest offers postale service. The staff give fast service and there is no queue at all.nThey have different sizes and types of envelops.nFriendly service and give all the necessary information and details if we have any doubts or need to make any changes for the parcels or for the posting items.nInside the shop there is DVD stores also operating.nThey have some stationary stuff too.nHave parking in front of the shop.
Tried to activate my credit card/put a pin on. Guy said it errored and to call the 0800 number on the back of the card. I did ask him if he had a number to call and he said no. After waiting 57 minutes on hold I was told on the phone there was nothing they could do and the guy was supposed to call his tech support number. Wasted an entire morning, not a good start to using Kiwibank.
