Tried to activate my credit card/put a pin on. Guy said it errored and to call the 0800 number on the back of the card. I did ask him if he had a number to call and he said no. After waiting 57 minutes on hold I was told on the phone there was nothing they could do and the guy was supposed to call his tech support number. Wasted an entire morning, not a good start to using Kiwibank.
