Recently we went to chartwell Bank had excellent service from the friendly teller who understood clearly and immediately what I'd asked for. She was kind patient and very skilled at customer management time wise and sorted out several queries on various accounts. No confusion that we'd received from another branch.thankyou for making banking enjoyable again.all the customers in there said what a great branch it was as I left. Credit to you.
Today my sister and I went to ASB Chartwell branch, we received professional service from Kamilia Morgan. She was friendly, helpful and attentive. Thank you very much for her ongoing help in the Christmas holidays.
My 79 yr old father wanted to sit down with someone to explain some banking with his bank card. They told him you must make an appointment and come back when an advisor was available. We live rural about 30mins. It's 9:07am 6 workers here nobody is available. 3 are on their mobiles. Nobody waiting, their coffee has just arrived.
Depending on who you get this branch is either good or bad. My son opened an account the week before and we were able to do it on the spot. I informed the teller I would be in next week with my daughter as she wanted to open an account too. There was no mention of, you need to make an appointment and did not offer to make one for us. We went in today and was told they could not help us and we would need to make an appointment. We went in specially to open the account. I think the service is so bad, I will be starting to move all my accounts to another bank.
