Best place to get your kbeauty goodies I have been in- store and staff is super sweet and friendly. They are pretty quick with their online orders. I received mine within 2 days. Prices are pretty reasonable compared to other sites who are selling Korean skincare products. Overall my favourite place to shop
Hikoco is a great and affordable Korean skincare shop. Popped in with a few of my friends to see what's available and bought the edible collagen. Never tried this but let's see how it goes. Service was good and the staff member that assisted me was super helpful.
Always love this store, Kimberly really helped a lot today!! Very helpful and informative. Had a lot of help from a few customer service bur they were all well informed.
Being new to skincare going into a store like Hikoco can be quite overwhelming. Although I have an interest in taking steps towards a skincare routine I do not know much around the topic. So when Kimberly came to assist me, she made what could have been a very overwhelming experience a comfortable one. She was extremely professional and very helpful. I never felt rushed going through the wide range of products with her, and she was able to help me find products specifically for my skin type and skin concerns. I left feeling confident and reassured in the products I had purchased and as Kimberly advised non of the products were harsh on my extremely sensitive skin. Im very thankful to Kimberly and I would recommend anyone interested in skincare going to Hikoco for high quality products and wonderful customer service!
I purchased a sunscreen from this shop. The first time I used it, I broke out in a severe rash all over my face. I have had to spend quite a bit on creams, anti histamines etc to make it go away - it is extremely itchy and my face is huge I provided them with photos. I have never had a reaction on my skin before and there was nothing else new I have put on my face. I reached out to Hikoco only to obtain a different kind of sunscreen I did not ask for any compensation of any kind. They will not let me swap the product or return it. Given they sold me a faulty and dangerous product, I am pretty horrified by this and believe they are not meeting their consumer obligations.
I came here after reading bad customer service reviews for Hikoco on Queen street. Nevertheless, Great customer service however at first I freaked out because I thought the lady serving me was annoyed. But she was amazingly kind and efficient :
Brought an entire set of kbeauty products for the first time 10 products! plus 10 pack of snail bee face masks from Hikoco. Staff were absolutely helpful - Kate and Nat to be specific. Love the look and feel of the products, looking forward to trying them all soon! Have already told my friends about the great service and products from Hikoco! Looking forward to becoming a loyal customer!
Store is nice and big and carries everything you need. Wish the staff would offer to help you find things though and also ask customers if they have an account
Ordered not ready yet after Paid an urber driver to pick up 2 parcels at the store. Two times I called them about the parcels that I ordered for confirmation the woman at the phone said yes you can come to collect, but arrived there the staff who working today Monday Waitangi day seems confusing. If you aren't ready why you said it's ready. Your staff needs to trained not just only selling products but to take decision if required urgent matter without waiting for a manager to come so you can satisfy your customers for the products & service. Wasted my money for Uber drive to pick up. Really disappointed.
Such a cute store with a really strong brand and awesome design concept itself. Shopping in here is an experience on its own. Products are all laid out very attractively. Whilst the store is small it packs a really wide range of Korean beauty brands and products. The focus is definitely more on skincare than makeup though. The staff member was really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
