Story

As a group, with teams throughout New Zealand, Highmark Homes can provide you with an unsurpassed level of quality service and a guarantee that you will receive regular information throughout the build from your designated building supervisor.

Prior to the Highmark Homes brand being launched in 1998, we have previously supplied and constructed over 6000 homes throughout New Zealand and overseas over the last 45 years. Bob Hunt is the Managing Director of Highmark Homes Ltd and has been a fully trade certified builder since 1968.

Highmark Homes has an extensive range of standard plans available, or we can custom design your home to suit your own individual style, budget and section.

We provide a range of building packages from the full construction of your home or to a lock up stage or kitset home product supply (material supply only). Our standard inclusions list in this pack outlines the large number of quality products incorporated in our designs.

Highmark Homes will endeavour to complete your home in the minimum amount of time, usually 12-18 weeks from the time the building permit is uplifted from Council, and offers a Master Builders Guarantee/Homefirst Guarantee.
