The large, open-plan kitchen and living area gets all day sun and faces the sea, and a log-burner ensures you stay cosy in the middle of winter.The  north-facing deck provides a fantastic spot for dining in the warmer months.
The house is split level with rumpus room, bunkroom and bathroom on ground level, 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the mid level, and kitchen, dining and living room at the top.
The rumpus room includes a table tennis table, comfortable sofa bed, and flat-screen tv with blue ray.
