Great pizza. The double was massive and more than enough for 2 people. Had a decent amount of toppings. Really delicious and we'll be back. The decor in the restaurant is a bit dark, but I guess that's what hell looks like?Food: 5/5
Shocking service! I went in and ordered 4 double pizza and the young guy told me it would be 15 minutes so I ordered garlic chips phone order at the nearby takeaways.Then I see him drive off a few minutes later to do a delivery, I sent my partner in 15 minutes later and she asked for my order,then another guy said they don't have an order by that name, then he said oh wait wel put them on now.i walked in 5 minutes later another guy asked if he could help me I said no iv already ordered,then he asked what name it's under, 10 minutes later a 3rd guy asks what my order name is anyway 45 minutes later I get my pizzas then on my way to pick up cold garlic chips that have been sitting there for a half an hour.These young guys in there obviously don't communicate that well together. My first experience ever at hells pizza on 02/05/23 at 6:45pm and the service was bad!
Had to order some food for a lot of people. This place was recommended by someone local we met earlier. It was worth it. I recommend the gluttony or cheeseburger pizza. They were pretty solid choices. You can get normal boring pizza too, but give there specialty pizzas a go. Dietary restrictions: They have gluten-free options. The lamb shank and ribs were delicious.
Family of 4 we went in and ordered 2 pizzas and a pasta over 40 minutes later we were still waiting , we weren't the only customers that weren't happy , on questioning how much longer our meal would be the young staff member who took our name asked for ot again then disappeared. Second staff member came up asking if we were ok again i ask where's our order giving him our name he goes off questioning it he disappeared then another staff member came up by then I asked for a refund, they had our receipt and tried to explain what happened, i just asked for a refund and will never biy anything from there again Poor staff management, non efficient work ethics, bad communication, poor time management , bad customer service,
Always a hit and miss with this place, have had issues in the past with delivery’s and the food it self not being up to standard. But then there are other times when the food is great with zero issues. Depends who is working that day I guess!
I'm not normally a Hell Pizza fan.. but have to say the Rotorua restaurant has changed that.. I will be back.Food: 5/5
Awesome service staff rang to say a desert we ordered wasn't avaliable and offered a replacement, pandemonium pizza was delish and also the lambshanks were amazing!

We ordered a Mayhem pizza and it very soggy and the chicken and vegetables were not even cooked properly. It was quite inedible and also didn’t taste as good as we expected.
