Literally the best experience I’ve had at a hells pizza. Really cool work crew - friendly and personable! They were super helpful when I couldn’t order the buffalo pizza. They gave me options and helped me customise a pizza that I’d enjoy. We dined in and when we were finished, we planned to take our rubbish with us but the guys at the back made sure it was out of our hands.
Please give the man who works till 11 on Friday nights a raise. Unfortunately, i didn't get his name, but he was amazing! We ordered a couple pizzas and a side, and he gave me a ring warning me about an allergy related item. He sussed it out for us beautifully. highly recommend. It was specifically April 5, 2024, around 10:30pm in case he was covering for someone. If he is reading this... you are awesome, dude!
They make some great pizzas here and have a dine-in option although takeaway seems like the more popular option. The place wasn't very busy when we visited. Staff were good in terms of following the Level 2 guidelines.
Came to pick up an online order tonight, the young man with a mustache served me. Grunted that it's not ready and then was more interested talking to his mate .You need to work on your customer service mate, it's not a nightclub!
