The experience was lower than expected from Hell Pizza. The guy at the cashier charged me more than I should pay which made doubting myself. After leaving and browsing their website I became sure they charged me the wrong amount. I had to go back and request a refund and they did it without offering me apology or compensation for the bad experience. The whole vibe doesn't seem good for me.
Pizzas are undercooked and bland, no flavour. They could do with cooking them for a few extra minutes. Average at best.
I am new to New Zealand and I'm always looking for good pizza. I have tried the other franchises but Hells Kitchen stood out for me as being the most delicious pizza.nThey are my favourite pizza place .
the pizza dough is made by amateurs, to make up for its poor quality they have to use tons of toppings, nothing different from all American chaines which this pizza closely resembles . The shop is small but clean, the staff friendly and reasonably quick.
The Hell Khandallah team are amazingly friendly, the food is always on time and delicious!nThey are happy to make changes to pizzas and are very easy to deal with. Our family recommend them!
