The soup was just normal and the croissant was so-so Unexpected But the pistachio cake was surprised me! Really nice!must try, Not sweet, worth it Food: 3/5
Discovered this coffee shop on a Sunday early afternoon in mid December. There was a stream of people popping in and out but it wasn't that busy as well known coffee shop brands are. As there is very limited seating inside too cold to seat outside at this time of year, most people just pop in to get their coffee on the go. Generally, it is a well presented clean place with a good choice of hot drinks and pastries, the latter look absolutely mouthwatering. Me and my partner, we had a hot drink each and a pastry, everything was delicious. The customer service was friendly. Will definitely visit again.
Lovely BUT......Pastries & cakes etc r now RIDICULOUSLY expensive & the size of them is SMALL. 3 people in the queue decided not to buy when they saw the inflated prices. Get real Heidi's. times are tough & the pastry section used to be affordable but not now. you've lost me as a customer & many other i suspect
The worst service of my life, I went to the takeaway one next to the station last week and the crystal guy is very rude and rolls his eyes a lot when asked about anything Think he spat on my food in the microwave. Red haired woman was on laptop and ignored me when I asked a question and waved me off. Very unhygenic woman with alot of leftover food on her presumeably after her lunch break. Overall poor service and bad staff. Food was sloshy.
Generous generous generous! The best doughnut place I have ever been to - I recommend the chi chi. This place is so damn good that I kept the receipt and travelled specifically to have it again over 2 years later. I happily put my reputation on the line by telling everyone to come here and you won't be disappointed. Thought I ought to leave a review that reflects how much I adore this place and the service their staff gives - before I place a birthday order for x20 doughnuts
The ambience of Heidi's stamps itself as a independent little coffee shop parked in the centre of Windsor Central Station. The coffee tastes fresh and delicious. I opted for my usual choice of an oat latte and it tasted really good. The coffee is not too strong or tastes burnt. It's just right. The selection of food looks freshly prepared and the pastries are huge. You are flabbergasted with choice and taste in your mouth which leaves a mark. There is one more chain in the Daniel store which is a 5 minute walk.
Amazing staff members who have a conversation with you ,even if your having a bad day its a smile that makes your day ,I have come a few times and we have jokes about naming a drink after me. Amazing food ,which I do indeed recommend having an iced coffee or mocha with a doughnut
Purchased a range of the filled doughnuts today which looked great from behind the counter and in the lighting however once I actually got my hands on them at home, they obviously cooked for too long or burnt in the fryer to a point not sure if they were biscuits or doughnuts. Poor quality for a doughnut costing almost £3 each!
The egg and mayo croissant is so good!
Tasty food and pastry. Good location. Lovely staff. A bit let down by the cleanliness of the cutlery.
