A girlfriend has just reported a disgusting coversation she experienced with her brothers nurse at this practice. She asked if her brothers doctor could call him back at his convenience....the nurse was rude and said no. My friends brother is an invalid. Thanks for nothing Many Cashmore. Two more unsatisfied patients!!!!!
The worst medical practice in New Zealand in my experience. Receptionist lady old one is most unhelpful and mis-fit for this job and has major lack of empathy. Doctors have no personal interest in patient’s life. They do not even try to draw a holistic picture... NOT RECOMMENDED.
receptionist seemed fine to me, i rate this doctors highly its cheaper than any other ive been to and they seen me extremely quick
Dr Rob is abit rude and judgey and doesn't like the fact that children are free to see him, the reception lady is lovely though
I moved doctors purely because of Mary, she is very horrible to the patients that come in.
I don't go there I take someone else who is sick
Dr Rob Seddon-Smith is an excellent doctor. I have been seeing him for 6 years. I have to travel quite a bit to see him but it is priceless to find such a good doctor. Karen and Mary at reception are friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend Hei Hei Health Center.
