Hayama Sushi and Noodles

Thought I'd take the healthier option, should've just gone to McDonald's.

I was stuck in Auckland airport for a few hours and wanted to get something relatively healthy to eat. This was probably one of the better options, though a bit pricey. I can't complain about the food. It tasted good enough and was served quickly.

Noodle wonton soup was tasteless and noodles overcooked. Staff barely acknowledged me. Go elsewhere anywhere for a feed.

Unfortunately ordered 'chicken katsu egg don' $20, maybe this is how it's done? The crumbed chicken was soggy and not pleasant, like it was steamed after deep fried. The egg was mixed through the chicken, possibly microwaved to cook it? No sauce at all. Totally confused, flavourless mess. Didn't have the heart to share a photo.

A bit on expensive side. Fresh. Friendly staff. Yummy food. Veg sushi. $10.50

I ordered Pork tonkotsu Ramen. It was awesome. Better than city's one. It has three thick delicious pork slices and soft tender noodles. But if you have not good condition in your stomach,be careful, it could stick to your stomach.

Not a ton of vege options and not the best udon I have had, but good. Service was prompt and the seaweed salad was great.

Worst wonton noodle ever. Flavourless soup and over cooked clumped up noodles.
