Story

My motto & phrase i say to all my friends, family & clients is:
"Your Pelvic Health Matters"

I am passionate about the prevention of these conditions in the first place and as such place a huge emphasis on pelvic health promotion through education & learning. However, for so many of us this information & help just wasn't available at a time in our life that we perhaps had children, surgery or developed pelvic issues & pain. the Great news is you can improve your pelvic health issues at any age or stage of life...

Pelvic Health issues include all bladder and bowel control problems, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, sexual pain and dysfunction. And all pregnancy related issues like pelvic & back pain and post-partum painful scars & 'tummy gap'

I understand completely the embarrassment & often negative stigma attached to these conditions. And work closely and confidently with you to improve the significant impact they can have on how we feel about ourselves and on our quality of life.

A bit about me...
I have over 16 years experience working as a physiotherapist and the last 10 years dedicated to working exclusively in the field of pelvic health in both the public & private sectors.
I have 2 beautiful little daughters with my Napier Born & raised Husband. I am from Ireland and lived in beautiful NZ for 10years now.
I am passionate about continuing learning and attend, organising and participate in courses regularly to keep up to date with the ever growing research in this area.
