Needed a WOF. Other shops would not do it without working on the bike. Hastings Honda stepped in and did it for me while I waited. Was booked in at 10.15 but got there at 9.30 and was seen immediately. Great service, great team and very helpful.
Recently brought a 2021 CBR650R and a full set of riding gear. Grant and the team at Hastings Honda were great right from my expression of interest, through to the purchase. Fantastic service, and nothing was a problem for them. 100% recommend them.
Great team to deal with. Friendly and helpful. Roger had everything ready to go for me when I picked up the bike. He followed up the next day with a couple of phone calls to make sure it got me home OK, and that I was still happy with my purchase. Also gave me good advice about this model to save me any embarrassment or expense by making newbie mistakes. Overall these guys are everything I would want from a motorcycle dealer.
I took my Honda VTX 1300 into Hastings Honda to have a puncture repair carried out on the rear Tyre There professional approach and and quality of work on my bike was first rate I also took my Suzuki Eiger 4x4 quad for some TLC on the brakes both front and rear Nothing was too much trouble Look forward to more service thanks guys

Hi Guys Had a great experience with Hastings Honda. Needed a part within 3 days to enable a trip, had the part from one island to the other in 12 hours. They made sure it was what was needed and as an extra bonus, it was $70 cheaper. Will most definitely be using them again.

Top notch service... l got nailed on my 2018 Fat Bob this morning by a car...The boy's at Hastings Honda were able to help me out with some second hand parts and service for $20...and I'm back in the wind...
