Excellent customer service from James as usual. Ignore any bad reviews, this is THE place to go for any work. Bike serviced and ready for my road trip , all done for half the price KTM wanted to charge me.
Been here a few times for work on my zzr1400. Friendly service and great at what they do. My bike won’t be going anywhere else for work. Highly recommend
very disappointing to be writing this review. my mistake was arriving with high expectations having met this guy last year when i bought a battery for my CBR600 and we spoke then about this work i would like to have done.finally turned up today and what a difference. right from the get go he seemed stressed and uptight,wasn,t interested in trying to work out any issues just not interested told me to take it back,when i followed him into the shop to try to resolve this he became quite rude and in front of people made it personal .which is not cool and unprofessional. if youv been going there for years and never had any problems great. but if your new to the area and are looking for a good motorcycle shop keep looking you can do better.when its quiet he cant do enough for you but when its busy like now you take your chances and just hope hes in a decent mood.a compleat and utter waste of my time.

Absolutely brilliant service - honest, upfront and hardworking. I've had my bike in multiple times over the past few months since discovering this garage and cannot recommend these chaps highly enough. Always go the extra mile to make sure things work properly. Awesome.

My whole family has been using Herne Bay Motorcycles for longer than I can remember. Top lads although their choice of football team to support leaves a lot to be desired!, top work and I would highly recommend
