Just had to dump beautiful soft cushions beds and linen as no room at rubbish shop. Gutted and had to pay $55 for the privilege. Don't believe council is really on board they make more out of dumping. Unbelievable.
I dont trust them.
They fail to collect your recycling on a regular basis. Makes me wonder why I pay my rates on time. Will vote in the upcoming local elections against the incumbents. Nothing to lose from change at this stage.
Stop being money hungry and sort out the parking at splash planet ..... the side streets are NOT designed to have camper vans parked down them it takes it to a single lane road and nowhere to go if something comes the other way .... you want the profit spend the money
Great service! Friendly, helpful and effectively.
One of the Hastings city helpers Phil was wonderful. My car battery went flat so had to buy a new one, he carried my new battery all the way to the taxi stand for me as I was pushing a pram. Such a lovely thing to do I appreciate it so much.
Very understanding, and helped put my mind at ease about a sensitive issue I had. Great customer service and very empathetic, well done.
Staff are knowledgable and very helpful for local matters.
Rang on Easter Sunday to report a problem with the toilet at the Ever Swindell reserve at Clive, was told that they where not responsible even though HDC signs in reserve
