Nice atmosphere, lots to choose from and prices ok. Service helpful and friendly.
Mixed feed back. Bedding department has good and not so. Furniture staff great. Adam in bedding great. The woman in bedding not so. After 5 -10 mins standing at her counter, while she was on the phone with another store or department of Harvey Norman, discussing an item that arrived, may or may not have been their order due to time frame and could be if fast delivery and around in circles and more. Really unprofessional with customer waiting when ideally a call back to the company team member could be achieved and done so without a customer hearing the mundane possibility of who’s the item could be.
Had a great experience at Harvey Norman. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They took the time to assist us and helped us choose the best product at the best price. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.
Superb shopping experience yesterday. The staff do happy and helpful. Very knowledgeable on their product. A credit to Harvey Norman name. I bought a lounge suite, outside dining set plus a coffee machine. Thanks guys
