Excellent customer service on Sunday 8th March 2.30pm. Young dark haired make shop assistant on the the upper floor. He took the time and interest to talk to my autistic son about the toy car he'd chosen. Thank you.
I bought two car seats today and had excellent service from the knowable staff. I had my young daughter with me and arms full. Staff bought out both car seats and bought them to my car for me. I’d originally been to baby factory earlier in the day but one of the staff members was an ultimate B so decided to go to Farmers and they were great.
We’ve been shopping here for years and it’s always lovely however we went last weekend while it was crazy busy and the staff member Flora was exceptionally helpful. Nothing was a problem, she was absolutely lovely and an asset to this store!
Checked out sale. Tried on 4dresses, bought one. Staff were friendly, helpful and store was spotlessly clean.... Though I found the layout confusing
Friendly staff, found what I wanted, smooth and easy checkout process. Will be back again.
