We’ve been shopping here for years and it’s always lovely however we went last weekend while it was crazy busy and the staff member Flora was exceptionally helpful. Nothing was a problem, she was absolutely lovely and an asset to this store!
Excellent customer service on Sunday 8th March 2.30pm. Young dark haired make shop assistant on the the upper floor. He took the time and interest to talk to my autistic son about the toy car he'd chosen. Thank you.
I bought two car seats today and had excellent service from the knowable staff. I had my young daughter with me and arms full. Staff bought out both car seats and bought them to my car for me. I’d originally been to baby factory earlier in the day but one of the staff members was an ultimate B so decided to go to Farmers and they were great.
No restrooms in the shop? Major Shopping chains use to pride themselves with that facility.nWas directed to public restrooms by ASB.nDidnt bother going back to finish my shop.
Friendly staff. Wheelchair accessible, lots of in store sales. Awesome experience. Edit:30-7-24:: This is a great family store. From Household items, to perfumes/ Aftershave, men's, women and children's clothing. All the way down to newborn. Plus whiteware, Digital TV's, and many other electrical appliances.
