Went into buy a coffee machine. I wish I knew the name lady that sold me the sunbeam espresso machine. She had great product knowledge and was able to help me make an informed decision about what was best for me. Really helpful and friendly staff in that department of the store. Will go to this place again for my kitchen goods

Probably one​ of the biggest outlet of Harvey Norman. They have separate sections for Electronic shopping, bedding, furniture, kitchen and many other household stuff. Staff is very warm and welcoming. Things are but expensive which is the only negative about this place.

In the computer department there is an awesome lady called May who was an amazing help for me finding the right product

Spectacular range of latest technology. Have visited several times recently. Exceptional service, no pressure selling, all round great shopping experience.

I always like this shop with all the good stuff they sell.got turned off though with one of the staff at the photo section.needs more training in customer service.
