Fabulous product, great fitters, friendly and helpful staff

Got some lovely 12mm Krono-Swiss wooden floors supplied and fitted by Factory Carpet outlet in a brand new house. The workmanship was extremely poor... they dented the wall and filled it with non paintable silicone picture one, gaps everywhere in the skirting, long nail marks on the newly painted walls... The laminate was cheaper to buy in Right Price Tiles ! DONT BE TEMPTED BY THE CHEAP PRICE... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Called in yesterday. Not helpful at all. Very condescending towards me, like I didn't know what I was talking about. I wanted help for cost of a stairs carpet but was only told it would cost a lot. I had already been in contact through social media but when I showed the messages he denied it had been them, that it came from somewhere else, not connected to them!! I wanted to know which carpets might be suitable for the area so I could choose the best price for my budget. If they didn't provide the product I wanted, they could have said so. Won't be going back!

Me and my partner visited here on numerous occasions for beds ect. But did decide not to buy , but instead got our lino for our bedrooms, and will be back about carpet. Here they do beading for 5euro in b+q there 13euro for 1 bead. So definitely come here for them. Best money worth buying. waiting for our lino can't wait now with delivery 20euro but worth it as you'd need a van for sizes ect. 100% recommend visiting here

carpets and flooring superb excellent quality and great variety of choice.customer service the complete opposite.bought my carpets there delighted with them but if buying again would not get them put down by them.
