Well, must say the "new" flavour of Less Sugar , Strawberry Cream , is far beyond my expectations. I really mean "far beyond" , it's nothing like anything else from your company.A real disappointment, I realize it's less Sugar, but I think it's less everything. Very disappointed. John Wallbank
Not a nice work envionment. Full of management who are bullies and liars. QA is bad, passing off products with forgien objects in. I found mould in my porridge. They put out a happy family envionment but the truth is they are horrible to work for. The manager phil is one of the horriblist people ive ever encountered
I have only recently used this product. Winter last year to be precise. I like the range as is but everything changes and it's called progress. It's great that they are trying something new with the biodegradable bags. I don't have a garden. I don't have compost. I have no spare time to trim up the waste and find somewhere to put it and then turn it over every so often. That is my problem. The next issue I have is there are 10 sachets at 40g. Changing to 7 sachets at 45g. It's great that your down sizeing the box but why when your giving us bigger sachets but less of them. We end up with 3 less sachets per box. Who is making the savings. I don't think it's the consumer. The sachets should in my opinion stay the same number and weight just change to bio and a smaller box, smaller sachet packet and all's good. Just a suggestion. It probably won't even matter as I'm changing product if that's what u are going with as it's false advertising. 400g old pack v 315g new pack. How is 20 percent more when we are done out of 85gms. It might be more in a sachet but the weight differences on the box says it all over all. Someone's math doesn't add up and it's not mine. The price is staying the same though ah.!!
Harraway's have been very supportive to our local University tramping club, which is good because we enjoy the porridge!
Harraways is a great place to work, and we make great porridge.
Happy staff who go out of their way to help people
