I would like to record my appreciation for the way the surgeon, Mr Ajay Sud, treated me prior, and during the procedure. His sense of humour and demeanor must be a great comfort to patients who are nervous ---assisting nurses were also very professional.

A big thanks to the Surgical team and nurses that looked after me,Excellent team work ,also thank you to the Helicopter crew enjoy the ride was so excited to be in a Helicopter

Young maori girl behind counter was very rude didn't even greet or speak at all just dumped number 12 down. Than as soon as I said great customer service she changed her attitude 10.02.2021 at 150.pm INU CAFE

Staff are brilliant doing their best at all times. Have travelled 2 hours to be here at 8am and my husband not seen until 4pm. Then travelled 2 hours back. That can be frustrating for sick people..
