Long time customer. Absolutely disappointed in the customer service received today. Waited in front of the counter to be served, the young lady behind the counter bagging and stickering lolly bags completely ignored me, after a few minutes, requested to pay for my items, ignored. Requested again and she said she heard me the first time.nnTo the young lady, I hope whatever is going in your life you find the healing you need.nnTo the management, select your staff better. In a world with so much competition for similar products, customer service is key. I will not be returning with either of my vehicles >$10k+ per year, one fill per week.
Was just at Gull Whakatane, 27 Oct 17:20. Wanted Red bull energy shakes and the girl working claimed that she didn't know how to make it even though it's advertised. So we went somewhere else.
Does what it says on the tin. Watch the different entry King St & exit lanes Domain Rd. Toilet inside. Appreciate Gull forcing some sort of competition in Whakatane. Wish they had PayWave though.
Best prices on coffee in Whakatane, 1 or 2 dollars. Has vehicle grooming cleaning gear on site as well as bushless vehicle wash. Staff are awesome.
Quick service but the guy who worked on 17.12.2020 at around 4pm was talking on his phone through his Airpod. Idk why but it was RUDE AF.. Made me a sundae but missed out a few things..
