To the amazing staff at Caltex who helped me when I broke down and was stranded had to stay overnight until the mechanics opened up Monday morning they looked after me so well I can’t thank them enough thank you so much I was appreciative of everything you did
Absolutely horrible experience! Young guy with the beige jacket and glasses is very rude. Asked for 15 dollars in my gas bottle, but they have a minimum of $25?!! What a bloody ripoff! The site looks a complete mess.. Everything is broken.. What happened to the tall dude that used to manage this place?? Even the staff is less than what it was. This was my go-to as I was once a casual, but now I will be turning away. Unfortunate really. Good to know the new owners are a bunch of ripoff merchants.
Amazing Maori dude working behind the counter. Big fella with glasses. One of a kind man look after him always. World needs happy and smiling people like that.
Always friendly service, clean facilities, and a super convenient stop. Caltex Whakatane is my go-to every time!
