No one wants to get sick while overseas on vacation, but I'm so glad locations like this exist if that's the case. Lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful as was the pharmacist. Was seen quickly and on my way. Thank you!
From out of town and had to call in, very nice people and a great system in place where they triage you straight away and get you logged into their system and give you a time to come back. Far better experience than Chch. All round I couldn’t speak highly enough about the whole experience. Thank you for a great experience
Took my wife into this hospital, waited 5 hours in the emergency department, during this time my wife had a heart attack, the desk staff simply watched the whole thing and offered no assistance at all or calling anyone!nThen left her in a bed with her top pulled up with no bra completely exposing her breasts to anyone that walked past for over 2 hours, no respect for her dignity at all.nAvoid it if you can, been dealing with them since they opened and they have fixed nil problems at all.nDr Matt Bell reccommended that drink alcohol as a painkiller for spinal issues.nI was admitted myself in may and left in a lockd room and not fed for 4 days , i ended up sending my wife out for KFC so that i could eat!nTake my advice have a drink and dont bother using this hospital you will live longer!
Staff themselves are very nice but the wait times are beyond atrocious for the size of the hospital. Went in last week and was waiting 4 hours in ED only to be told that everyone either needed to go home and come back or wait another 4 to 5 hours to be seen. Please get more staff, have come back two days later and it is much the same! People constantly complaing and in pain in the waiting rooms, it's just not good enough
Recently had to visit for a accident and was well looked after the staff were all really helpful and considerate ..I knew I was in the best place considering my condition.
