I have been using the Hydrotherapy pool here with Physio. Such a great facility, clean, pool access is accommodating with a ramp with hand rails or stairs. Spacious changing rooms, heaps of parking. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
Not a 5 in terms of facilities but works great for us and my son reckons the receptionist is a very kind person- she’s been always good us whenever we’ve need help with anything.
Been through renovation so a bit better. Car parking slot a bit too tight especially parking next to larger cars! No lunchtime swim price deal like Baywave so it's getting expensive to swim for 40mins have to pay $7.10. And that Asian lady manning the reception, what's her deal im not sure such a grump everytime I saw her either at Baywave or Greerton. Whenever I'm about to come in that's all I can think of that I'm hoping she's not manning the reception!! Someone needs to talk to her.
Me and my daughter love coming here for a swim! Clean environment for families. Great facilities provided.
Stopped here for a shower, cost $4.20, no time limit...nAccidentally left my shoes behind...nI called and let staff know and they recovered them for me and called me back to confirm...nWent back to collect the next day...
